SpeakOut Nelson Tasman

"During 2010 Speakout Nelson Tasman set up a reporting system for racist incidents for Nelson Tasman in collaboration with the police, Human Rights Commission, the Nelson City Council, Tasman District Council and a number of other community organizations.

This project was the first reporting system for racist incidents of it’s kind in New Zealand and has been recognized by the World Health Organisation in accrediting Nelson internationally as a “Safe City’
